After the product is examined, if it is determined to be defective, we will replace the product at our expense. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and are only available for unopened and unused product. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return or exchange. On apparel we will accept returns on unworn and unwashed items if the sizing is wrong or if there is a defect in the said item.
