Questions

Straight answers

Do I need a discount code?

No. There are no codes for any Black Friday deal. Shop the deal, and if a free item comes with it, it's added to your cart automatically.

How does the free soap work?

Add any Mad Viking Eau de Parfum to your cart and the Beard & Body Soap 3-pack in the matching scent is added for free. Nothing to click, nothing to enter.

When do the deals end?

Every deal on Santa's list stays live through the holiday season, while stock lasts. No countdown clocks, no pressure. Just don't leave it to the last minute if it's a gift.

Wolf Pack or Raven Pack?

Wolf Pack is for medium to long beards. It has wax-free beard butter for softness without hold.

Raven Pack is for short to medium beards. It swaps the butter for beard balm, so flyaways stay in line while it grows. Both come with beard oil, biotin beard wash and biotin beard conditioner.

Will it arrive in time for the holidays?

Orders ship within 24 to 36 hours, Monday to Friday, by USPS or UPS. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days after that. Holiday volume can add time, so order gifts early.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders over $75. Under that, rates are calculated at checkout. We ship within the United States, including PO Boxes (USPS) and APO/FPO military addresses.

What if it's not right for me?

You're fully covered by our Lifetime, No-Hassle Satisfaction Guarantee. Contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, eligible returns can be exchanged or issued store credit.

Questions? Our superb customer service team is here to help. Email shop@madvikingbeard.com and we'll sort it out.

What's in your products?

The highest quality natural ingredients, with no harsh chemicals. Everything is made in the U.S.A., and every batch is handmade and tested by us. Premium quality, economically priced.

Do I earn rewards on my order?
