Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders ship within 24-36 hours of being received, Monday through Friday. During holidays and high-volume periods, order volume and where the holidays fall may prevent us from honoring this window, so please allow extra time for your order to ship.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your package and your shipping zone within the United States. In most cases, you'll be able to choose between a few rate and carrier options at checkout.

Delivery Times Transit time depends on your location and the shipping service selected, and typically ranges from 2-7 business days after your order ships.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. We also ship to APO and FPO military addresses.

Shipping Area We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact our customer service team at shop@madvikingbeard.com and we'll help guide you through the next steps.
