What is Eau de Parfum and how is it different from cologne?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains 15–20% fragrance concentration, compared to 5–15% in standard Eau de Toilette and even less in body cologne. This means EDP lasts significantly longer on skin — typically 6–12 hours — and projects more boldly without needing to reapply.
How long does Mad Viking Eau de Parfum last?
Our EDPs are formulated to last 6–8 hours on skin depending on your skin type, body heat, and the specific scent profile. Woody, resinous, and musky notes typically have the longest longevity.
Are these men's colognes or Eau de Parfum?
Both terms refer to the same products in our collection. Consumers commonly call any men's fragrance a "cologne," but technically our fragrances are Eau de Parfum — a higher-concentration, longer-lasting fragrance format. We use both terms so you can find us however you search.
How many Eau de Parfum scents does Mad Viking offer?
We currently offer 12 distinct Eau de Parfum fragrances for men, each inspired by Viking culture and the natural world — ranging from dark, smoky woods to crisp, outdoor-inspired profiles. Check out the full collection to find your signature scent.
Can I try the scents before buying a full bottle?
We do not currently offer samples, but in the near future we will offer sample sets so you will be able to try multiple fragrances before committing to a full-size bottle.
Do you offer free shipping on men's cologne orders?
Yes — orders over $75 ship free. Most of our full-size Eau de Parfum bottles almost qualify on their own, or easily in combination with any other Mad Viking products.
Are Mad Viking fragrances made with natural ingredients?
All Mad Viking Eau de Parfum fragrances are made from phthalate-free natural, naturally-derived, and safe synthetic ingredients — crafted in the USA with no harmful fillers or shortcuts.
Are Mad Viking Eau de Parfums a good gift for men?
