Directions for use: Open tin. Using a thumbnail or fingernail, scrape a pea sized amount of wax on tip of finger. Heat the moustache wax up to a liquid state by rubbing two fingers together vigorously. When the wax is melted, using two fingers work the wax into your moustache starting at the skin and working your way to the ends of the moustache hair. Twist and comb moustache as needed for desired style. Let dry. It is acceptable to use a hair dryer on low heat or “fan only” setting to help with styling. Enjoy! Repeat as necessary.

We sorry to hear the product isn't working out as planned. However, I do have a recommendation for you to possibly make things a little easier if you're interested trying!
When using our moustache wax I would recommend starting out with very small amounts. It's way easier to find the perfect amount that works best for you and your moustache along with making it easier to apply more if needed than trying to take away less. This gives you more control over the product itself so you won't have that super heavy feeling after melting it on the tips of your fingers. Also, some of our regular customers that use our moustache wax say a blow dryer will definitely help with the melting process as well as shaping.
